My friend brought me here the other evening and there was a line and it looked busy inside so that's a good sign! We waited and got seated in about 20 mins. I love hand pulled noodles! We shared mala spice beef hand pulled noodles. It was yummy! Portion is big enough for 2 in my opinion. Also shared an appetizer of their green onion pancake. Everything was delish!

Biang Biang Noodles is a great spot if you're craving tasty Chinese food. I stopped by for an early dinner, and it was interesting to see the steady stream of people coming in, even before peak hours. The restaurant is huge and nicely decorated, with a vibe that makes it easy to see why it would be popular, especially given its Capitol Hill location. I ordered the Cucumber Salad and the Cumin Lamb Dry Mix noodles. The cucumber salad was fantastic--perfectly vinegary with just the right amount of garlic. It was hard to stop eating! The noodles were fun to eat with a great texture, though I wasn't the biggest fan of all the extra peppers. Overall, this place is great for a quick, satisfying meal. Definitely recommend!

I'm legit giving this place a 5++++ because the service was OP. Basically, there was a bee that kept trying to eat our food. But one of the waitresses came and bravely got rid of the bee. She was a hero to me that day. But of course, I wouldn't give this place a 5 star if the food weren't good. While I don't think the flavors of the noodles were anything special or as good as some places (the noodles were a bit doughyier than I'd like), it was still satisfying. The ingredients seemed fresh and I felt quite content. The fried chicken was also pretty good!

Needed a quick bite before heading to the airport and this place was bookmarked on my notes. I got the Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix Noodles; it wasn't too spicy and the veggies and noodles were cooked perfectly! The beef was so soft and complimented the noodles very well! The atmosphere had a hipster old Chinese vibe with the wall art and decor. I especially loved the giant fish tank. Service was quick and the waitress was probably confused why we ordered 1 bowl for 2 people but she was nice. I would def come back to try other bowls and their drinks!
